This card brings me back to my high school days when I worked in a small gift shop. Valentine's Day was always the busiest day...I can not even fathom the number of teddy bears I tied to balloons to! This card brings back wonderful memories!
This is one of the cards my club members made at our January Meeting. The Bokeh Technique gives such a beautiful result, it's easy to do but the white ink can take a bit of time to dry. I'd love to know if you give this technique a try!
